The Distillers is proud to offer a collection of the worlds’ most famous cocktails. Below you will find a tribute to some of the greatest drinks ever created, done with a distinctly Distillers twist; for your enjoyment.

 

 

CHAMPAGNE

Bellini

The classic combination of ice cold Prosseco and fresh peach puree; please ask a member of staff for today’s seasonal Bellini

 

Classic Champagne Cocktail

A brown sugar cube splashed with angostura bitters, is submerged in cognac and carefully filled with champagne.

 

French 75

Bombay sapphire and freshly squeezed lemon juice are lightly sweetened and finished with champagne.

 

Grand Mimosa

A breakfast classic! Pressed orange juice is lengthened with prosseco and crowned with Grand Marnier.

 

 

MARTINIS

French Martini

Finlandia Vodka and Chambord are shaken with pineapple juice and served straight up,

for those with a slightly sweeter tooth.

 

Espresso Martini

Finlandia is joined by Kahlua and a touch of sweetener, then shaken with a shot of coffee

into a martini glass for a drink that will certainly get the party going with a bang.

 

Porn Star Martini

Another London classic sees Vanilla Vodka shaken with passion fruit and a splash of apple juice. The garnish is simple but effective with a shot of Prosecco on the side.

 

City Boy

A bloody Mary Martini with a twist, cherry tomatoes Finlandia vodka, mint, lime and all the usual suspects topped off with sherry, please ask your bartender if you would like extra spice

 

Vesper

James Bonds classic is Finlandia Vodka, Bombay and Martini vermouth, shaken not stirred, with a twist of lemon peel. Ask for any variation, whether it be Gin Vodka or filthy! 

SHORT & SEXY

Spiced Strawberry Margarita

Cazadores Tequila is muddled with fresh strawberries and lime, a combination that is tickled by Cointreau and a hint of chilli. Ask for the original or any variation that you like.

 

Bramble

The great British classic of Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice and crowned with

Chambord has been highly regarded for some time now.

 

Smoked Whiskey Sour

Our favourite blend of sour sees Woodford Reserve bourbon blended with Chivas 12 year old scotch whisky. A combination that is perfectly off set with pressed lemon juice, angostura bitters and a touch of sugar. Ask the bar team for any sour that you fancy.

 

Vanilla and Passion fruit Caipiroska

Wedges of fresh lime are squeezed with passion fruit and strengthened by Vanilla Vodka to give a clean finish to a tropical drink. If you prefer the original, or you like it a different way, just ask!

 

Old Fashioned

Woodford Reserve is slowly stirred down with bitters and sugar. The perfect drink to wind down with, at the end of a long day

 

TALL AND SLENDER

Bloody Mary

No great cocktail list is complete without this old friend. Finlandia Vodka and tomato juice

Are spiced with the Distillers magic formula that includes Worcester sauce, tobasco, lemon,

balsamic and red wine garnished with cherry tomatoes.

 

Seasonal Fresh Fruit Mojito

Bacardi Superior is served tall with a hand full of mint and a selection of fresh seasonal berries, or if you want the classic, just speak to the bar team.

 

Comfortable Screw Against the Wall

As sexy as it sounds, the orange juice based drink contains Finlandia vodka, Southern Comfort and Galliano.

 

Distillers Iced Tea

Finlandia, Chambord, Bacardi and Tequila are topped with ginger ale and sharpened with lime to create our house signature drink.

 

Latino Pussy

Bacardi Superior and Grand Marnier are accompanied by Chambord, apple and orange in this Cuban legend.

 

Red Hot Chilli Pepper

Vanilla Vodka and Tequila are spiced with chilli, sharpened with lemon and lengthened with ginger beer in a truly unique cocktail that has taken the London cocktail scene by storm.
